I left my iPad on the airplane seat pocket on 6th March 2024. I have completed an online form and paid £35$ to the airport at Sao Paolo Congonhas and have not received any communication from them. I can see from my tracker that the iPad mini is in the lost and found department at Sao Paolo and would like someone to return this to me as soon as possible please. I did report this loss to the GOL desk at Rio de Janeiro and was just given a telephone number to call, I am unable to connect to this number. I bought a plane ticket on GOL website. I received an email confirmation regarding my ticket. I then proceeded do the online check in but did not work and received a message saying that for the check in to be completed, I had to arrive 2 hours before the flight just to confirm the passport details. I found this weird so I called GOL customer service channel just to confirm everything was correct, which they confirmed and said that I had to do the check-in at the airport. When I arrive to the airport, customer service tells me that GOL canceled my ticket for no reason and that I was going to be refunded. I did not receive any communication. I was not informed about this, and then I had to pay for another ticket which was the triple price of what I initially paid. This never happened to me, I am extremely angry with the lack of professionalism of GOL airlines company. I am also waiting for the refund which I still did not receive, and I doubt I will. I really do not recommend this airline company to absolutely nobody.

I have lost my mobile phone and wireless headphones

Good Morning. My name is Malytskyy, I have a problem during my flight G3 1637 VIX GRU, data da viagem 28/09/2023. nr do bilhete 127210****2446, cod da reserva NMPWLG, assento 8D, GOL mais conforto. My problem : I have lost my mobile phone and wireless headphones JBL during disembark from plane in the airport GRU . First of all I, plane was parking position in International terminal , that why disembark from plane was delayed, no possible strait to the terminal, we are waiting buses more than 30 minutes to bring pessengers to terminal 2 . I understand, that is no possible to predict everything. I was in hurry and nervous a while that I will loose my next international flight AF 457 GRU CDG , boarding 14:20. what happened : I have left my mobile phone and wireless headphones in front of my sit 8D and go to the bus. I was discovered that I have lost my phone and wireless headphones only in the bus. I have asked to call cabin attendants to check my sit 8D and give me my material back. Unfortunately is not happened. when we arrived in Terminal 2, there is no GOL representative , only TAM was present. who tried to help me. Later on , I saw cabin attendants from my flight coiming, I have asked them to help me to found my phone and headphones left in the plane. did they check plane after passengers disembark? may be some people miss something? They are only help me to by advise to go to lost and found terminal 2 GRU airport and explain my problem over there. I go to lost and found desk terminal 2 , show my boarding pass, explain that I left in front of my seat 8D my phone and headphones and asking to check it and if somebody able to bring it to the lost and found desk. to be ownest I was in some kind of shock and panic. I understand that is totally my fault and it is my reposnsibilty to take care of my material first by myself ( not somebody else). But panic took my body and can't keep myself calm. I was waiting more than 40 minutes in front of the desk lost and found , I have not seen any representative of GOL airline to help me. Time is running out to my international flight. I have asked lady from lost and found desk any news about my material, she sad she has no contact and nobody answer to her . I understand that nobody may help me in my matter, which is not difficult if some proper person was available. I was paralised. I f I loose my international flight and my phone is not delivered to me , what I will do next, I have no contact with my company to help me to rebook my ticket, no contact with families, stay in the country and airport where I am not fully familiar. I repeat, I was in shock, and I took decision to go to the international flight in terminal 3 and will try to find anybody from GOL representative who are going to help me. unfortunately it was short time to pass through and I was last passenger to go on board AF 457 going from GRU to CDG and unable to contact with any GOL personnel... May be my phone and headphones was delivered to lost and found desk Terminal 2 later on after 3 or 4 hours after I left . May be it is still there and waiting for me. If it is possible some how to delivery to my adress in Romania. I will pay all expencies required from delivery. I am realising that is my fault totally, not GOL airlines. I am just asking for help . I need this phone because there is some information which I am required. My complain is only that cabin attendants just left strait away after last passenger. I am in doubt that they check the plane after last passenger. If they check the plane they probably give my staff to lost and found deck. second GOL representative was not available on terminal 2 where is bagage delivery, but TAM representative was. Eles apenas me ajudam aconselhando a ir até o terminal 2 de achados e perdidos do aeroporto GRU e explicar meu problema por lá. Vou até o balcão de achados e perdidos do terminal 2, mostro meu cartão de embarque, explico que deixei na frente do meu assento 8D meu telefone e fones de ouvido e peço para verificar e se alguém consegue trazê-lo até o balcão de achados e perdidos. para ser dono, eu estava em algum tipo de choque e pânico. Eu entendo que a culpa é totalmente minha e é minha responsabilidade cuidar do meu material primeiro sozinho (e não com outra pessoa). Mas o pânico tomou meu corpo e não consigo me acalmar. Fiquei mais de 40 minutos esperando em frente ao balcão de achados e perdidos, não vi nenhum representante da companhia aérea GOL para me ajudar. O tempo está se esgotando para o meu voo internacional. Perguntei à senhora da mesa de achados e perdidos qualquer notícia sobre meu material, ela está triste por não ter contato e ninguém responder a ela. Entendo que ninguém poderá me ajudar no meu assunto, o que não será difícil se alguém adequado estiver disponível. Fiquei paralisado. Se eu perder meu voo internacional e meu telefone não me for entregue, o que farei a seguir, não tenho contato com minha empresa para me ajudar a remarcar minha passagem, não tenho contato com famílias, permaneço no país e aeroporto onde estou não estou totalmente familiarizado. Repito, fiquei em estado de choque e tomei a decisão de ir para o voo internacional no terminal 3 e vou tentar encontrar alguém do representante da GOL que possa me ajudar. infelizmente demorou pouco para passar e fui o último passageiro a embarcar no AF 457 indo de GRU para CDG e não consegui contato com nenhum funcionário da GOL... We are at Miami airport and we are flying to Brasilia. No one speaks Portuguese at the terminal and ticket counter. They overcharged us and the attend spoke no broken Portuguese and broken English. At the gate , nobody speaks Portuguese either and worst : They only speak Spanish to us I have no idea why they dont have nobody speaking a decent Portuguese here! Pathetic!

VOE GOL cancelled my flights and didn't issue a refund. I had to call them numerous time to ask for it.

In September 2023 I purchased 6 flights for myself and family members to go from Sao Paulo to Aracaju (Northeast of Brasil) in February 2024. on 13th Nov 2023 Gol cancelled my flights and allocated us a different one which didn't suit the entire group. We were offered FULL refund if their choice to relocate was not good. We decided to get full refund and re-access the situation nearer the time. Refund requested by 13/11/23. Nothing happened for two weeks. We contacted their customer service - who are only able to make questions, ask for you personal details, but can't offer any advise at all. All they say is that for you to wait for an email, which never came. Two other calls followed, same thing. No action. Now they say I need to raise an complaint and call another helpline to complain about their lack of service...How bizarre. Don't use this company. If you can avoid it, it will save you hassles. First they accept your money, then they insist you need to beg to have it back...

Website translates to US but will not work. There is no check box on the on the terms and conditions section in the English version. Your call team offered to sell me tickets for $300 more.

The services not great

I took a flight from Boston to Porto Velho with a stop in Brasilia and they left all my bags in Miami and now I'm in Brasilia waiting for my next connection to PVH without my bags. The services to help locate my bags and get them to me asap its been crazy night matter. I will never travel with Goal.

Covid Positive and Gol did not refund my Ticket!

I got Covid and had to cancel my flight back to Brazil. My Delta Airline ticket was refunded from Atlanta to Sao Paulo but contacting Gol Airline to let them know that I could not fly back to Brazil and request a refund to be use on later date and they simply refuse to credit me back.
